  1. Jay Smith says:

The seat slides down quite frequently. Other than that, the setup only takes like 30 minutes to an hour by yourself and the unit feels comfortable and quiet. The seat sliding down does get super annoying at times because you want to just have the thing set up to your preference every time…Instead you must readjust each time you sit down…

    Pros:

-The pedal foot straps snap in nicely and are easily adjustable.

-The heart rate monitor works well.

-The resistance levels are pretty difficult for someone in above average shape.

    Cons:

-Angle of seat allows it to slide down at times without you wanting to

    I like my exercise bike.

I put it together in an hour.

Learned how to snap the seat lock into place..

You have to push down on it when you have the right position.

You have to push the lever down pretty hard but once it locks in

    you are good to go.

As I ride, I am getting formiliar with the resistence of the pedel

push. I like the mid range which you can adjust with the up and down

    buttons.

    very good.

    Good for the money.
