   I own 2 of these cookers. I can make mashed potatoes in 10 minutes, cook an entire chicken in 50min..basically, anything that would normally require cooking takes a fraction of the time. I love these cookers. I use them at holiday meals as potatoes go in one and yams in the other. Steamed veggies are a breeze. I have had mine for about 10 years and have had no problem with either. I recently purchased one for my dtr who is in school so she can prepare delicious meals in far less time. Salisbury steak, stews and soups are delicious when cooked in one of these.
