   I have a jeep with very little space for attaching mounts on the dashboard so this works quite well. Has held with no problems and is easily portable to change to another vehicle.

   After researching and reading all the reviews of dashboard mounts, I felt comfortable purchasing the Garmin mount for my nuvi 755T. The mount was smaller than I expected as I was concerned that it would be obtrusive to the eye. The arm attachment easily locks into the bottom of the mount without the need of adhesives, and the GPS locks into the cradle. The GPS easily detaches from the cradle by pressing the bottom button and tilting the GPS. No sliding what so ever despite a few unintentional sharp turns. It is also extremely convenient to use on my other vehicle.

   The Garmin Portable Friction Mount is easily attached to the Navigator and does not have to be removed for the storage of both items. It sits firmly with no slippage in virtually any location for easy driver (and/or passenger) visibility and, when removed, leaves no clue as to its existence for potential thieves.
